Types of Cases That Trial Attorney Gaba Accepts

Attorney Gaba takes on cases on the federal, state, and local levels.

For federal cases, Attorney Gaba is licensed to practice in:

  • - the US District Court of the Southern District of Ohio
  • - the US District Court of the Northern District of Ohio
  • - the US District Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit

She has also practiced, with sponsorship, in other federal district courts including the US District Court of West Virginia.

Attorney Gaba's Ohio law license will allow her to go into all of the eighty-eight (88) courts of Common Pleas in the State of Ohio.

A Court of Common Pleas has jurisdiction to hear felony cases such as: Murder, Voluntary Manslaughter, Involuntary Manslaughter, Reckless Homicide, Negligent Homicide, Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, Aggravated Vehicular Assault, Rape, Underage Sex, Child Pornography, Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity Oriented Materials, Cocaine cases, Crack cases, Heroin cases, Methamphetamine cases, and Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, by way of example and not limitation.

In a similar fashion, Attorney Gaba is allowed to go into ANY AND ALL municipal courts of law in the State of Ohio and defend her clients on misdemeanor criminal charges. The misdemeanor cases she defends on are: OVI, driving with no license, driving with a suspended license, vehicular homicide cases, domestic violence, assault, and theft, by way of example and not limitation.

Attorney Gaba defends on cases where the accused is charged with the criminal death of (one or more) persons. Further, she defends on cases where a person is charged with possession, manufacture, possession for distribution and sale purposes, of unlawful drugs (schedule 1 through schedule 5). This includes drugs such as Cocaine, Crack, Heroin, Opiates, Morphine, Methamphetamine, Fentanyl by way of example and not limitation. Attorney Gaba defends clients on other drug charges not listed here.

Attorney Gaba defends both males and women and both adults and juveniles who have been charged with Rape, Gross Sexual Imposition, Under-age sex, Gross Sexual Imposition, Child Pornography, Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity Oriented Materials, and all other sex crimes.

Even though a person reading this website may not see the crime they are accused of violating, they should contact Attorney Gaba. There are many many crimes listed in Title 29 (Book 29) of the Ohio Revised Code. The crimes set forth in Title 29 are too numerous to list here.
